I think he meant AllATP the school =) I recommend getting the ratings now, because you will not want to get them later on down the road.

As far as Northern States hiring mid season, they will if they need a pilot. Those companies will sometimes hire a relief pilot mid season, or to replace a pilot that has quit. We often times had guys leaving mid season, especially when the regionals were hiring like they are now.
