The other flying between countries could be due to lift, certain short term contracts, and other variables. I think the point is that FedEx wouldnt staff an FDA with a fair amount of pilots with non FedEx pilots. JMO. It would have been done already in HKG and other places already if that was the case.
I agree with this sentiment, and have argued it myself many times. However, like anything else, there is a point where the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. To pretend that there is not such a point is naive.
