As many of you that have followed along know I have been trying to get back into the flying biz after a long sabbatical. Yesterday I received the thanks but no thanks email from RAH, didn't even interview. Today I got a call from Mesaba, however the lady indicated that she was interviewing for Colgan, following up on a resume which I had emailed to them Monday. She went over qualifications, flight times, recency of experience, then asked my date of birth, what's up with that? I don't think I'm up for commuting to fly a turboprop, however it does offer the chance to get back up to speed. I have interviews with two other regionals, a corporate operator, and a fractional.
