They can ask your age. You don't have to answer if you wish, but it might be relevant to starting a background check.

If your looking to getting back in the saddle, I wouldn't thumb my nose at a Turboprop. Think about it as honing your pilot ability. It's shows adaptability and diversity becoming proficient on different aircraft platforms.

Getting back to your original question... if you have to ask about Colgan, you might already have your answer.
