I think the point we are making is that we should at least leave after giving sufficient notice. Not that Atlas is THE airline to work for...far from it. There are better places, no doubt, but there are a lot that are worse.
... and of course, there are lots of pilots who currently have NO place to work who would give a vital appendage to work at Atlas. The luxury of being able to jump from job to job should at least come with the professionalism to adequately notify your employer.
