I got drastically different results between the first and the second preliminary bid results. You'll continue to be confused. I would expect A LOT of changes before the final award. Folks way senior are holding out and will either pull their bid, or change at the absolute last minute...happened before...and now it'll likely happen again. Seems like the old DFW collective is also looking to move out of Atlanta in full force...
