Boeing wining that contract means that the 764 line will remain open and they may want to give a few "deal" on some jets.....
The 767-400 production line has been closed for almost 9 years. The only line currently open is the 767-300 production line. The tanker will be almost a unique aircraft with a 400 type cockpit with a bunch of differences and a 200 fuselage. I don't think any of that will translate over to Boeing opening up 767 400 production again.
