From my experience, it seems that Marco would be better if you're looking for more personal, laid-back instruction, the airport is nice, so are the people, and it's in an awesome location.
Naples, on the other hand I've never been to. But if you're looking for the excitement of a busy airport, the experience of tower/ground communication, and a more professional environment, it's the place to go I would assume.
Anyway, like I said, have fun, and I just may end up running into you someday if you decide to fly out of Marco.
