I hardly see 8 a month is enough, as the wash out rate is pretty high. even the recall guys got washed out. i had 1 out of class of 5, next and last recall had 1 out of 3 washed out. really short handed and a lot of captains are leaving so might not be a bad place to come as long as you survive the reserve life initially
