Everyone's schedule is basically completely different. The only constant is everyone has the same number of days on and off. I have gotten my first choice for my schedules in Feb and Mar-I was quite surprised!

Bizjet experience: A guy in the class behind me was an all-Falcon guy. Initially, last year, they were mostly hiring the same type of pilots (heavy, long-haul/mil guys), as they were available. Now they are looking at a broad range of experience. I think they are looking at individual qualifications and how good of a "fit" they feel you would make, and not so much at rigid guidelines like heavy overseas experience.
