If Sonny is a two time furloughed pilot he won't getting 12th year pay at UAL. Unlike Delta there is no pay longevity accrued on the street so even though our hire date is 12 years ago we are paid at 5th or 6th year rates depending on bypass length returning from the first furlough.
That's what is currently in the contract. I know most of us are hoping the JCBA will read something different.
