A little point about letting frustration boil over into negotiating with Delta management individually (even if not entirely serious).

We have a bargaining agent who represents us. We do not have the legal ability to negotiate except for through our exclusive agent.

A better strategy (if you want to be effective and not just engage in web board taunts) is to start targeting those within your representative's structure who are not representing you as you would like.
