They seem to be one of the only people putting out a checklist app. We're looking to have some good functionality out of our ipad (and not pay Gulfstream 4,000 dollars to update our electronic checklist!).

Any feedback is appreciated.
IMO running a checklist on an ipad would be rather cumbersome, if not downright stupid.

Would you mount it somewhere? - another thing I'd not suggest as just takes up valuable cockpit space...to do what? look at a jepp plate or play with your neat foreflight app? no thx.

I just dont see an ipad as anything more than a chart viewer and document storage...unless one wants half-developed crap cluttering up the cockpit. bluetooth gps units, charging cords, etc..to me it works best for jepps by leaving it beside your seat or in the cockpit storage closet etc.

I watch guys take 4X longer to find info on a damn ipad as it takes to look at a trip sheet, a single page checklist, etc....the neat factor wears off quick and its simply becomes technology overkill at its best....a pilot specialty!

Good Luck
