Not saying all the above is accurate, or otherwise, b/c honestly I do not know.

One thing that I have heard straight from JP's mouth via TownHall/call-in's......As long as there are seperate/respective CBA's, CAL's current SCOPE assures all deliveries, from orders placed by "CAL"prior to M.A.D., are exclusive/delievered to CAL pilots. As far as the other claims that were stated above, not for certain, so no comment.

On the flip-side, we have all seen first hand what "Jeff & The Gang" have done by-way of treading on the existing/current CAL SCOPE/CBA thus far......foreshadowing one would think??
