I fully support the governors of the states that are finally doing something about their budgets. Frankly, I don't think they are going far enough. Obama needs to follow suit on the federal level.
It should be noted that the Wisconsin teachers have already agreed to take paycuts, and chip in more for their pensions and health care. The governor wants them to also give up their right to collectively bargain.


What if Delta had forced us to take paycuts, which we accepted, but they also wanted us to get rid of ALPA, and only be able to NEGOTIATE for raises UP TO the rate of inflation every year from here on out?

It's not about the budgets.
