There's no magic to it. Be yourself. Have your records in order. Be courteous and polite to everyone you meet. Let them see you would be a good employee and someone they'd like flying with for four days. No one wants to be in a cockpit with a jerk for that long which might explain why so many mainline pilots aren't being hired by regionals.
