Also, you have to wonder why F/O's are leaving in large numbers, I know of one that left here after 3-4 years to go to Eagle. Granted he did so he wouldn't have to commute but still, to throw away 3-4 years is quite a thing to do. Good luck to anyone out there looking for work.
