Did you actually fail a 121 checkride, or did you just unsat some lessons (followed by resignation)? I believe (someone, correct me if I'm wrong) there is a difference when it comes to PRIA. If you are unsure, it would be worthwhile to request a PRIA check on yourself and see what comes up.
