Not all of us keep our nose buried in various publications, I had not seen this here previously. I find it interesting that much is made of FQS flying and little made over the amount of flying leaking out the back door.
Actually, every day or night I fly, scope is discussed. We are very aware of SCS and the "backdoor" flying being done.
