Thanks. The interview was really relaxed. A short written test, we had to fly an ILS on a desk top sim. We talked to H.R., then the fleet managers talked to us. They made it pretty clear that the flying is very demanding. For the most part, if you get invited to the interview, you have the job. We had lunch, then finger prints and a drug test.
