Chances of getting anybody at SWA to tell you their secret formula, are about the same chances of getting anybody at Coca-Cola to tell you their secret formula.

It just ain't gonna happen.

About the only way to be guaranteed a job at SWA is to be able to check the "Astronaut" box on the pilot profile part of the application.

Just remember, if you get the interview, at that point all applicants are equal. SWA hires for attitude. They will train you to fly their 737's. Flying skills and technical ability are for the most part assumed based on your selection to be interviewed in the first place.
