That's in a nutshell
Bingo!! Nicely said.

I truly wish you the best when your interview date comes, and it will. Sounds like you got some really good interview prep advice. And I agree with what you said above about it.

You are going to LUV it over here - SWA is an absolutely, fantastic place to work. As you will learn when you get here, SWA is not some thing, or entity outside of you or any of its employees. The people that work here are Southwest Airlines. You, as an individual are Southwest Airlines. Your outlook on life and the attitude you bring to work everyday, is Southwest Airlines. Treating others as you would like to be treated, is Southwest Airlines.

Truly, Southwest Airlines is not a company for everybody. If anybody reading this doesn't understand what we are taking about, or thinks its all "kool-aid", then please understand that SWA is not for you. Honestly, you will not be happy working for a company whose vast majority of employees share a common core value system that you do not share. That is perfectly fine. The are plenty of other airlines out there.

Southwest airlines is in the customer service business. Period. Nothing more. Well, except one small additional detail, we also fly airplanes.

Again, I hope you get the call! Keep us all posted!
