I don't know how many CFI types they have coming in... Of the nine people in my interview, pretty much all were on their 3rd or 4th aviation job. Some guys coming from other regionals, others from freight, and some from aerial survey.
The people that were given offers had the choice of EMB 120 class (the first available class) or the CRJ (the next class).
