Does anyone really believe that AA will be recalling then hiring that many pilots? You need high-percentage growth or large attrition for that. AA has neither. After December 2012, then those *&^$wipes that should have retired at 60 will be forced to retire, but it won't be huge numbers, maybe 15-20/month. So, after Jan 2013, expect some movement. Until then, I see nothing but stagnation.
