Sure you can. UND does it every night (I know- I worked on the line as a student... It took 2 tugs about 3 hours to do it each day and 3 hours in the morning. Less if there were more people/tugs.)

You can hangar a large GA fleet if you have the facilities and the resources to do so. ERAU just chose not to, and as a result they are now paying the price for it. UND has to- otherwise aircraft wouldn't start when the temps were down near zero Fahrenheit (or colder).
