Go somewhere that you can stand (and afford) to be for a few years. Most likely you'll be there longer than you expected and there really is nothing to gain, career-wise, from going to Great Lakes.
I believe many happy sucessful major airline, cargo or corporate pilots would respecfully disagree that nothing is to be gained career-wise by flying for GLA.
