At the risk of sounding like a heretic, its not all about payrates. A really careful look at their work rules and benefits needs to be considered as well. Some of the Tranny folks are starting to figure that out and are pretty surprised at what they find.

Agreed. However work rules need to be accurately costed from the get-go, and we have to stop the historical habit of undervaluing them during concessions and then paying premium plus to get them back.
