Well it seems like which airline here makes a big difference. Pinnacle is the one offering the program and it seems like they are well respected from what I have read a few places on the forums.

However, I also know that I'll need to start somewhere and airlines are just not going to pay more than $20k a year for a 650TT 60Multi 0Turbine guy like myself with not previous airline experience. I understand that and it's ok. Gotta "play the game" like has been said.
