At the risk of sounding like a heretic, its not all about payrates. A really careful look at their work rules and benefits needs to be considered as well. Some of the Tranny folks are starting to figure that out and are pretty surprised at what they find.

Agreed- payrates to match/exceed average W-2s, 17-18 days off, and easy ability to drop or pick up additional flying across seniorities.
