One of my good friends attended the WAI conference. She didn't mention anything about that. But I would guess they were referring to the file format (Microsoft Word). It said on the application page when you went to upload your resume that the preferred format was Word.

But I wasn't able to attend the conference so this is only a guess. I think every one of the resumes they get will be different.
