The April assignments PDF will come out prior to the bid window. That's your best bet, but since the effective dates are in May or even into June, you won't really be able to tell until those months come along.
Unless he takes a look at the final awards and does the math, he wont really be able to tell until the June assignments come out in early May since the effective date is June 1st. You can figure out where you will end up, it just takes some leg work comparing the final awards vs current status via the assignments sheet.
