I guess maybe for most it's different. I have a cdl, everything on our record automatically goes national.
I believe there is a national database that keeps track of serious moving infractions such as DWIs, multiple unpaid traffic tickets, hit and runs, etc...
Basically it's Eagle's way of verifying that you don't have bats in your closet from Wisconsin, for example, when all you brought with you to your interview was your driving record from Texas.
