What is it for a Colgan Saab FO, a $10/hr increase? If they commute anyway it's a no-brainer.
Especially when your 2009 hires end up in front of 2007 XJ/9E hires... not only a $10 raise but 17 days off w/ no weekends for the first time in their career as well.
This is assuming straight relative integration of the snapshot lists, which I consider likely. Also, I don't actually have the snapshot lists so it might actually take a 2008 Colgan hire date to make the above true
