I know have a interview at both companys and just wondering if I was to get a job offer from both which one would be the smart one to take? I know Colgan is getting the new and improved contract and that reserve and upgrade times are much faster than AE. Just need some good advice for which one, I like both but I do not have any desire to sit reserve for ever like I have heard you will at AE. I'm not sure if all of this is still true, its just the way it sounded from the other forums. Any advice would be great.

Which one would be an easier commute? Or would you consider moving to a base? Eagle is hiring 600 pilots this year, so that means lots of movement. Guys are coming out of training on the ATR and holding lines within a few months.
Colgan used to be a pretty crappy place to work (no offense) but the new contract helps bring the pay in the right direction. Most regionals are the same these days, with small changes in bases/equip between them. You have no way of knowing which will be the best choice, so just flip a coin.
