American Eagle Pilot Recruitment wanted to share some exciting news with you. American Eagle began hiring over a year ago. We hired 255 pilots in 2010. Our hiring projections for 2011 is over 620 pilots. Why the big increase? Four main factors are driving the increase:

• Delivery of new CRJs
• Senior Pilots Flowing to American Airlines
• Increased capacity and expanding route structure
• Impending changes to the rest rules
