This is the link for the Eichen awarded ISL for RAH, Lynx, Midwest and Frontier.

I'll even help you a little more, the good bits start at the bottom of page 32 and the award is on page 36.

Before another person tells me that reasonable career expectations and funding from a profitable airline have nothing to do with SLI, go read those pages.

I'm not saying how much effect those factors will have, I'm just saying they will play a part in the decision.
RAH rescued Frontier from bankruptcy. If RAH hadn't stepped in the frontier pilots would be out of a job.

This is not even remotely the case with what is going on in our merger. You need to read the Delta/NWA award to find something that bears resemblance to what we have here. Delta acquired NWA through a very similar deal that we have here.

Colgan is the wild card in all this, there may be sufficient evidence to say that Colgan should have been integrated back in 2007 and everyone hired before is relative and after that is subject to DOH. However, that is for the arbitrator to decide.
