Pilots are 6 tfp if not used and 6.5 if used. With the right rigs and work rules I would vote for a 0% increase to Dal rates. You get more money and better qol at the same time and make it a lot harder for the me too crowd.

What I would really like to see would be some work rule improvements to minimize those kinds of things
along with a significant pay restoration and improvements to scope. But sorry, I can't go along with continuing to make bankruptcy/emergency pay just so I can eliminate some irritating and frustrating aspects of our work life. And if you think changing some work rules is going to result in any significant amount of bottom line restoration, well I'd like to know how you think it is going to do that (and what you are smoking).
