Thats normal for IAD. That has happened to me before, but not that bad. Air Wisconsin needs to go. Their service is absolutely terrible. The worst ground handling I have ever seen. If by "our airlines" you meant "United", I'd agree with you. It's their name on the side of the plane and it's their name I hear getting cursed out the most by passengers. United must be OK with Air Wisconsin's absymal performance.
