This is no secret. Some months, there are lots of failures, other months there are not as many. It's time people started taking things seriously and show up to give it your 150%. That's not asking that much, just do your job, stay within 10 degrees of heading, 50 feet of altitude, 5 knots of airspeed, don't miss radio calls, make all of your required call outs exactly when you are suppose to. How hard is that?
There are too many pilots who feel they are "owed" an easy checkride. Know all of your manuals backwards and forwards and you will pass. Aim for perfection.
