The ASA web board function of ALPA.ORG is a better place to get this kind of information but to answer your question, yes you do. If an assignment has not been added to your schedule by the end of your ready reserve period then they have to release you. They make you call so that they can notify you of any future assignments.

They can assign you something for up to two hours past your RR assignment but they have to do it before your RR period ends. Once you reach the end of the RR period they cannot add anything so if they try I would tell them no.

If you do not call you can be given a UOR.
