Yes regional jets are slowly replacing 737 routes for less pay, BUT HOW IS IT THE REGIONAL PILOTS FAULT, your the one who negotiaties the scope clause and let it happen. it sucks, the whole system system sucks but RJ pilots are just playing along with the game THAT YOU SET UP. granted some of them are uniformed and think it would be really cool to get the E-170 oneday, but the majority of them know that there just playing the game and theres nothing they can do about it on the bottom.
