And these guys are right. RJ pilots today are NOT to blame for the problems!

Look back about 15 years ago, when the CRJ first came around, and look at what mainline pilots did with scope. They didn't even want to touch an RJ. Personally, I would have loved if all RJs ended up at mainline with mainline pay, but hey, that didn't happen due to mainline pilots back in the early '90s.
