I'm starting to wonder if some people don't even know what Relative Seniority means. I know some people can't stant the thought of having a person who has been flying for three years be next to them on a seniority list when they have been flying for 5 years. If your halfway up your list and you remain halfway up the new list why should you give a damn who is next to you on the new list?
Because that 2.5 year Colgan guy is going to get the euivalent of 5 years at Pinnacle, and as a 4 yr Pinnacle pilot, he'd upgrade above me on the CRJ. How the fark is that fair?????????????

It matters because I am an FO close to upgrade at Pinnacle, but if this relative thing goes through with Colgan, I could have many of them junior Colgan guys go above me in an upgrade on the CRJ on the 9E side. That's just what I need. A guy with 0 CRJ jet time, acting as my Captain, with only 2.5 years at Colgan as his actual airline service time, but 5 years relative time. Greeeeaaaaaat!
