OK genius...I said it seemed a bit draconian to me but IMO, it will affect only a few people. IF you get a custom line and IF that custom line has trips and a reserve period and IF you call in sick for the ENTIRE reserve period, you are affected. To me, that's a few people. To you, another major crisis. You want to dig in your heals over this, knock yourself out.
