That's the point of all this, you put in the time, you reap the benefits.
I really don't have a horse in the DOH / Relative seniority race as i'll be at the bottom either way, but I do take issue with the statement above. I was hired and furloughed from a supposedly decent regional, to be unemployed for 1.5 yrs and finally forced into taking a job at a different regional.
It was not a conscious decision to change companies and my seniority was not necessarily rightfully lost. Please choose words more carefully, I'll gladly put in my time (again) but i'm not a piece of sh1t!
I'm not suggesting that anyone give people in my situation any specific thought with regard to the SLI but there are lots of us who certainly aren't low timers getting hired with wet commercials...
