I find myself in a similar prediciment. I resigned at my former employer after struggling in the sim a bit. Prior to that I had a spotless record, no failed checks or un-sats ever. When I asked for a copy of my records it simply says I left for personal reasons. My question is, while it probably wont show up in a PRIA, what do I say to future employers? I will take responsibility for what I feel I could have done better, but there is still a part of me that feels that I would have made it if the company gave me a little more time. Suggestions?
