ACL... I can't show the route map here (maybe someone can do it) but go Frontier's Route map and look down in the lower left hand corner and it clearly states that:
"Flights are operated by Frontier Airlines, Lynx Aviation, Republic Airlines or Chautauqua Airlines"
Sounds like a single carrier to me!
Then look a little closer and see their new route from MSP-MCI and tell me how that isn't competing directly with us.
I really don't care how tired you are of rehashing this every six months... it keeps coming up because it has legs.
And where does it say Shuttle America? They are stating dour different airlines. Shuttle America does a a lot of our flying, fwiw. Probably is not omitted by mistake!!!
Single Carrier status would be great. I would want nothing more than to see this happen, but given the language in our PWA, and past practices, unless something changes within their structure, there is little leverage.
