1. It's only for the written test of the interview process, use a gouge for the oral portion of the interview.

2. It's only for certain airlines (call SheppardAir and make sure).

3. It's all questions from the ATP written, just reduced to the ones they typically ask in interview writtens.

That being said, I used it for 2 interviews and I think it worked well (I know I got a 100% on one - the other didn't release the score, but I know I passed). $35 is a pretty good price too... In other words, I recommend it.
