In that case, whenever there is a MEC meeting, it could be standard practice for the reps to come back and give us confirmation we're in compliance. That would be plenty. Yeah I guess that could be fine... but... we should have a report available should we wish to check the checkers. I'm not paranoid. believe me, but I have seen enough crappy contracts side letters, and "trust mes" around here that I think transparency should be paramount. And availability of information is part of that transparency. Personally, I would probably never look at it, but there are plenty of guys that would. I mean think about it. Do you know ANYBODY that looks at all that garbage in the front of the bid package.. let alone know what it all means? But at least the information is there...
