Eagle Jet is the program they use. Guys (usually from outside the US, Korea etc.) buy time to build so they can go back to their respective countries and fly for their national airlines. Occasionally a stateside guy will do it for various reasons, but not often. All aircraft AMF operates (minus the EMB-120) are certified for single pilot operations.
